Leadership Development educator opens free seats to military service members and business leaders impacted by the pandemic

Atlanta, GA – March 31, 2021 – Ferguson Learning Company saw 2020 hit many people hard. That is why the team is so excited to bring in-person Dynamic Leadership Development (DLX) training sessions back in 2021. To help counter the impacts this pandemic has had on people leaders, FLC has launched a new program called “DLX For Me.” This program reserves a limited number of seats at each of the training events in 2021 for individuals who need leadership development but are unable to attend via their employer.


The core driver of the DLX For Me program is to ensure that the professional learning and development of people leaders does not fall behind so that program participants remain competitive as the job market bounces back. If you have found yourself unemployed, underemployed, or are a current or former service member, you may be able to attend a DLX training session at NO COST to you. FLC invites you to join your fellow business leaders in an interactive one-of-a-kind learning environment where you will come to recognize characteristics of leaders, practice finding new ways to obtain personal results using nonconventional problem-solving techniques, and discover how to deliver meaningful change. DLX provides leaders with the guidance to resolve talent challenges and equips them with the tools and resources to address issues currently facing today’s leadership.
