ITC Inaugurates 11th President

November 19, 2021 was a very special day for the Interdenominational Theological Center. This was the day that the ITC formally recognized President Matthew Wesley Williams as the institution’s 11th president by hosting a very elaborate and glamorous inauguration ceremony for him on campus. ITC was founded in 1958. The three-day event was attended by former presidents of the ITC, local and out-of-town members of the clergy, former and present presidents of all of the seminaries that make up the ITC, political dignitaries, and numerous family members and friends of President Williams. Before delivering his inaugural address, President Williams was presented his official presidential regalia by several members of the clergy and others associated with the ITC.
