On May 2, 2020 at approximately 1:45 pm, viewers on the ground around Atlanta were fascinated to see a show of solidarity as the strategic flying teams of the U. S. Navy and U. S. Air Force honored our first responders who are on the front line helping to keep us safe and alive during this COVIC-19 pandemic. The two flying squadrons flew over Grady Hospital in downtown Atlanta before jetting off to fly over Piedmont-Fayette and Piedmont-Newnan hospitals. The teams started out earlier in Cobb County, flying over some hospitals there, then over Sandy Springs and the Roswell North Fulton County area. They then looped and headed to Buckhead and Atlanta.
