Mastering Fear and Anxiety in Chaos

“In a real sense all life is inter-related. All men are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.” – Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

As the world has been gripped by the pandemic crisis of the Coronavirus, we have been reminded that our humanity is far more interconnected than ever before. Although we have been advised to be “socially distant,” we have become more and more aware of the human need for emotional ties.

The King Center wishes to serve as a resource for keeping us together as a community, despite our physical distances. We are asking you to join us virtually in a series of conversations and opportunities for learning how we can Build the Beloved Community in the Midst of a Global Crisis.

Join us Tuesday, March 31st, 2020 at 7:00 pm EST for Mastering Fear & Anxiety in Chaos, online at

It is our hope that we will be able to emerge from this crisis stronger as a community, better as a nation and more vigilant in our efforts to seek peaceful solutions during chaos.
