Carver High School of Atlanta takes their 2-0 record to DeKalb County on Friday night, August 29, 2025 to mix with the Bulldogs of Decatur High School as city high school football commences its week.
Only the Maynard Jackson Jaguars remain unbeaten at 2-0 thanks to a season opening 20-3 win August 15, 2025 over South Atlanta followed by a 24-0 victory August 22, 2025 against Morrow.
Jackson is idle this weekend.
Meanwhile, the Mays Raiders at 0-2 will attempt to move themselves into the winners’ circle this weekend when they tangle with rival Douglass High School (also 0-2) on Mays High School’s southwest campus.
