Celebrations of Life by Sparkling Specialties

My Sparkling Specialties team joins me in expressing deep sympathy for the following families and friends mourning the memories of the Celebration of Life of their loved ones recently:

  • Izell T. Booker, a Cox Enterprise career newspaper manager retired from the Atlanta Journal Constitution
  • Reverend Dr. Marvin Ray King, Jr., retired pastor of the Ben Hill United Methodist Church on New Hope Road SW who was once Upward Bound Director at Morris Brown College.
  • Willie Hunter, AME church media specialist for the North Atlanta District
  • Althea Turk, tenured Atlanta Ophthalmologist, well known in social and educational community and daughter of Dr. And Mrs. Alfred Sr. and Charlotte Turk.  She was a member of my excellerated English and journalism senior class and home room member at Charles Lincoln High School
  • Magnoria Eliza Meekins Smothers, president of the Gate City Day Nursery Association
  • Our deepest sympathy in the celebration of life memorial services for William Hubbard. Services were held at the St. John Colman Street AME Church on April 2, 2022.
